He now acts as a medic for Reserve Operations Team C7.Clinical AnalysisxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxImaging test for this Operator showed blurry outline of internal organs with visible unusual dark spots. Unusually high concentration of Originium particles were present in his circulation, indicating signs of infection and confirming him as Infected at this stage.[Cell-Originium Assimilation] 16%Originium crystals on his skin are still spreading in conjunction with the overuse of arts. Close observation recommended.[Blood Originium-Crystal Density] 0.33u/LLate treatment has stabilized the current situation somewhat, however with the lack of records with regard to the extent of Rhine Labs’ experimentation, his condition should be closely monitored for any further deterioration.[Mutation Assessment]His body has numerous signs of having been tampered with almost to a genetic level, and it is difficult to determine the mess of his prosthetics and how they link to his nervous system. Touya has been cooperative enough in his medical examinations, however he insists that his prosthetics themselves should be left to his own maintenance. He has indicated that he does not feel tactile sensation in his limbs. By his own admission, his prosthetics double as his Arts units. Another thing to note: half of his tail seemed to have been severed and its regrowth stunted, resulting in the appearance of a chopped off tail, the scar of which seems clean. Clearly this was done deliberately, however the reason remains unclear until records resurface pertaining to the experiments, or if Touya will disclose them.

The locals had no experience treating someone they deemed a "metal man" and decided to take him across to Columbia to receive treatment. Identification on his person connected him to Rhine Lab, who claimed to hold no records of him. One of the Rhodes Island representatives present opted to take him to the landship, with some assistance from Rhine Lab.Upon recovery from his coma, Touya shared what he could recall before the village had found him. He claimed to be from a remote Rhine Lab facility that suffered an explosion, and openly shared that he was one of the test subjects.Whether it was due to the trauma of said explosion or the experiments done to him, he seems to have no memory of anything outside of his environment in the facility. Initial observation and psychological evaluation has concluded that he is aware of where he is, what date it is, almost to the exact time.What is more alarming is the extent to which Rhine Lab experimented on his body, and how he seems to be accustomed to it, going so far as to mistake the medical staff as Rhine Lab scientists. His limbs are unlike any prosthetics that the team is aware of, and so concluded that they are prototypes made specifically for him. Dormant originium was found within the hardware, but appears to be safe enough provided they stay within the prosthetics.Seeing as there are no known records of the facility or the experiments conducted, closer examination was attempted, but Touya had refused to give his consent.His behavior and attitude has been described as unnerving by some of the staff and operators on the landship after he had settled into a routine for his oripathy treatment.“He’s more machine than man, and he always keeps coming by Engineering to observe. It was a nice pen…” - R&D StaffDue to his overall listlessness around the landship, it was recommended that he could be of use as an operator, something he seemed amenable, enthusiastic even, to explore. After the medical team had deemed his condition stable enough for him to use Arts, his abilities were tested in a number of trial simulations. He is suitably well versed enough in healing arts as a side effect of offensive arts usage, employing the use of his staff and his arms to channel them.Perhaps it is due to the awareness of his oripathy that his abilities seem to just barely pass the mark, but with a good team, he may be able to push his Arts further. He needs only to watch out for the overuse of his Arts units.Conclusion: Touya, Operator Rai, is a competent enough medic and cleared for field duty.
